• Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones utilizando Oracle APEX, asegurando alta calidad y rendimiento. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para diseñar soluciones tecnológicas que cumplan con los requisitos del negocio. • Realizar análisis de requerimientos y proponer mejoras en los procesos existentes mediante el uso de tecnologías adecuadas. • Liderar y guiar a otros desarrolladores, fomentando un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y orientado al logro de objetivos. • Asegurar la integridad y seguridad de los datos implementando las mejores prácticas en desarrollo y programación.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de aplicaciones con Oracle APEX. • Conocimientos sólidos de Oracle Database y PL/SQL. • Experiencia en roles de liderazgo técnico o coordinación de equipos. • Habilidades analíticas para resolver problemas complejos. • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con stakeholders técnicos y no técnicos. • Experiencia en diseño de arquitecturas de software y optimización de bases de datos (deseable).
