Description

• Supervise and direct a team of 8-10 sales experts who work on PTC’s IOT and AR business areas. • Develop and implement a comprehensive Americas IOT/AR sales strategy aligned with company goals and objectives to drive double digit revenue growth and market expansion. • Recruit, train, retain, mentor, and motivate a team of IOT/AR sales professionals. • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and optimize sales territories for optimal coverage. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Drive New ACV Growth and pipeline creation according to plan and manage all KPIs. • Enable sales team with Field Academy training and other techniques to build team's product knowledge and sales techniques. • Work closely with Americas sales leadership, inside sales, marketing, product management, and customer support teams. • Manage and allocate regional sales budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets and objectives. • Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing sales team. • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers. • Ability to travel within the US as needed.
