• PGIM Fixed Income seeks an experienced institutional business development professional • Drive new asset growth and diversification of institutional client base throughout the Central region • Serve as the more experienced business development professional within a team of two. • Mentor and develop the junior sales support colleague. • Contribute meaningfully to the growth and diversification of PGIM Fixed Income’s revenue base.
• Proven track record in an institutional sales capacity of at least 15+ years; 3+ years focused on sales in the Central US • In-depth understanding of fixed income strategies (HY, IG, Distressed, Structured Products, Bank Loans, LDI, and absolute return) and the financial markets • Experience working with a wide variety of asset owners regarding asset allocation requirements and risk parameters/budgets • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational, conceptual, and analytical skills with attention to detail. • FINRA licenses 3, 7, and 63 licenses (or within 6 months of the start date). • Strong academic background in business, economics, finance, or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred.
