Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and growth plans. • Serve as the direct client interface on all sales engagements. • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends. • Coordinate with internal engineering resources to evaluate sales opportunities. • Provide guidance on best practices and strategies for effective client engagement and deal closure. • Lead negotiations for power purchase agreements (PPAs) and other contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role within the Data Center sector. • Demonstrated success selling data center solutions or related services to large enterprises and cloud service providers. • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets. • Strong understanding of the data center market, including client needs, industry trends and the competitive landscape. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders (up to 50% of the time).
