Description
• As a Bookkeeper / Staff Accountant you will perform bookkeeping services for a variety of individual and business clients in the restaurant industry. • This role is responsible for posting transactions, entering A/P and A/R, reconciling bank accounts/credit cards, and performing routine month-end balance sheet reconciliations. • The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and management is necessary for the success of this role, as providing the highest level of service and oversight to our clients is the foundation of our firm.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred • 5-10 years bookkeeping or staff accounting experience • Quickbooks Online experience required • Experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry a plus • Strong data entry and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive problem solving and ability to self-manage projects.
