Description

• As a Project Manager at PTW, you will oversee software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within budget. • You will work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. • Lead and manage a team of 50 mobile developers, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Define, track, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and project success. • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, QA, and product management, to ensure seamless project integration. • Implement and promote Agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project efficiency. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to innovate and optimize processes.

Requirements

• Proven solid experience in managing large-scale mobile development projects. • Strong understanding of mobile technologies and industry trends. • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and best practices. • Exceptional leadership and team management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
