• At Public Goods, we’re creating a new category by offering high-quality, sustainable products at affordable prices. • With our profitable business model and backing from investors, we are poised for rapid growth. • The Senior Influencer and Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping our brand marketing strategy. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with our brand vision and business goals. • Build and nurture relationships with influencers, manage gifting programs, and oversee social media postings. • Develop and manage affiliate programs and partnerships to drive growth and brand loyalty. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. • Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize and improve future efforts.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand marketing, with direct experience in social media and influencer marketing • Skills: Exceptional creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in marketing analytics and performance tracking tools • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved in the execution of campaigns • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
