📋 Description
• We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator to optimize and manage our HubSpot platform, driving efficiency across marketing, sales, and customer service. • In this newly created role, you will enhance workflows, ensure data integrity, and implement automation to support business growth. • Design and manage automations for onboarding, email campaigns, nurturing sequences, and customer support. • Ensure CRM data integrity through clean-up, segmentation, and deduplication. • Improve database views, card layouts, inboxes, and user experience. • Maintain knowledge bases and customer portals. • Develop real-time reports and dashboards for key metrics. • Align sales, marketing, and customer experience teams through automation and reporting. • Manage user roles, onboard new users, and maintain system integrations. • Innovate and iterate on CRM processes to enhance efficiency. • Work with internal teams to optimize HubSpot usage. • Maintain documentation and train team members on best practices. • Identify and resolve technical issues within the HubSpot environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 2-3 years as a HubSpot Administrator or similar role, ideally supporting sales, marketing, or revenue operations. • Certification: HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub) preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, automation, reporting, and integrations. • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. • Communication & Training: Ability to train and support teams with technical concepts. • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
