• Location: Remote (with preference for candidates in Europe) • Company Overview: • At Puffer, our mission is to increase blockchain ecosystems' security, decentralization, and sustainability. We are a group of hardworking enthusiasts deeply focused on building and democratizing the future of Ethereum. • Job Summary: • We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Node Operators, whose primary responsibility will be to onboard new Node Operators. This role involves building partnerships with relevant communities and key opinion leaders (KOLs), establishing and managing channel partnerships, and educating the market about Puffer’s low bond Node operations. • Key Responsibilities: • Establish connections with communities and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) related to Node Operations. • Identify and manage channel partners to attract new Node Operators. • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to strengthen Puffer's presence in the Node Operator ecosystem. • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements for mutual benefit. • Educate the market about Puffer’s low bond Node operations through webinars, workshops, and outreach activities. • Participate in forums, social media groups, and industry events to promote Puffer’s Node operations. • Gather feedback and insights from the community to enhance Puffer’s offerings. • Create and implement strategies to maximize the effectiveness of partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. • 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi industry or fintech. • Strong understanding of liquid restaking concepts, protocols, and technologies, with a track record of building and managing relationships with communities and key opinion leaders (KOLs). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. • Flexibility to attend industry events and engage with relevant forums and social media platforms.
