Description

• Familiarise with financial systems and processes • Review and update financial processes • Optimise Xero and Approvalmax for financial reporting • Prepare monthly financial reports and manage cash flow forecasts • Lead transition to revenue generating company • Ensure monitoring sales orders and purchase orders • Prepare for year-end accounts process • Enhance financial analysis for decision-making • Implement consistent financial reporting practices • Manage year-end accounts process

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred • Experience in a similar role within an organisation undergoing growth and change • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations • Proficiency in financial software; experience with Xero preferred but not essential • Ability to work unsupervised, taking control and ownership of financial processes • Empathy: Understand needs of team members and stakeholders • Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments for accurate financial information • Adaptability: Adjust to changing financial regulations and processes • Taking Initiative: Proactively identify areas for financial improvement
