📋 Description
• Develop software using Java, XML, XSLT, and JSON APIs. • Serve as the lead developer, providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team. • Mentor and lead other engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. • Partner with contracted engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. • Collaborate with product leaders on platform optimization and enhancements. • Build and maintain core banking software integrations. • Lead the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment. • Ensure development processes are well-defined and adhered to, promoting best practices. • Assess and guide the team on implementing business logic to meet client and standard banking needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a lead software engineer or in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Java, XML, XSLT, and JSON APIs. • Extensive experience with core integration and API development. • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including contracted engineering teams and product leaders. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices .
