Description

• Lead the development and execution of growth campaigns across all video channels. • Partner with internal stakeholders and creative teams on executional needs. • Build channel strategies that drive both short-term and long-term acquisition goals. • Lead analysis and reporting on channel performance. • Manage the TV agency relationship and ensure effective collaboration. • Oversee all aspects of activation from buying to trafficking, to posting to reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in programmatic video buying, TV marketing, streaming, or similar roles. • Deep understanding of test-and-learn approaches in performance marketing. • Proven ability to use data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy. • Hands on experience buying programmatic video through YouTube, TradeDesk, or similar platforms. • Experience with media agency management. • Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. • Well-organized with great time management skills. • Outstanding project management skills. • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
