Requirements

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a similar role, preferably in Tech, Sales, Oil & Gas, or professional services (Finance, Law, Engineering etc). • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, such as industry-specific job boards, professional networks, and credentialing systems. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technology. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with professionals in a compelling manner.
