📋 Description
• Communicate with guests through various digital platforms. • Manage guest reservations efficiently and accurately. • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide key accommodation details. • Assist guests with any issues during their stay, coordinating with the operations team when needed. • Provide continuous feedback to improve the guest experience and streamline processes. • Work on developing new operational processes for digital guest services. • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are in top condition. • Maintain up-to-date records of guest interactions and reservations.
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or advanced English (mandatory). • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or project management. • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong tech skills and ability to learn new digital tools quickly. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional attitude.
