β’ 2 years of Sales experience, either in the Gym/Fitness industry or as an SDR/BDR β’ Understanding or experience in the Health & Fitness/Gym Industry β’ Comfortable reaching out to leads via phone, email, and text β’ Working knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce β’ Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision β’ Strong project and time management skills. β’ Enthusiastic about the fitness industry and dedicated to helping others β’ Eager to learn and adapt to new concepts, ideas, and approaches. β’ Competent with email, phone, Slack, Zoom, Google Calendar, and HubSpot. β’ Capable of screen sharing, mobile screen sharing, and presenting digital solutions effectively.
