• As the Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience in the solar industry. • You will leverage ABM strategies to engage key accounts and foster relationships that drive growth and success. • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies that align with business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement in the solar sector. • Develop and execute ABM initiatives to identify, target, and engage high-value accounts, tailoring messaging and tactics to meet their specific needs. • Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, webinars, events, and digital advertising, ensuring a cohesive approach. • Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to create compelling marketing collateral and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data-driven results. • Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes while maximizing ROI. • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape, informing campaign strategy and execution. • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in the B2B tech or renewable energy industry, with a strong focus on ABM. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement. • Strong understanding of ABM principles, strategies, and best practices. • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies. • Fluency or bilingual level of English. • Proficiency in additional languages such as French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus. • Knowledge of the solar industry and a commitment to sustainability is a plus.
