Description

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing MLTSS healthcare products. • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to bring products from concept to market. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing healthcare products. • Define product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging that resonate with our target audience. • Prioritize product features based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer needs. • Develop detailed product requirements and work with the development team to ensure timely delivery. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product marketing strategies. • Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support their efforts in driving product adoption. • Work to gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategies and product development. • Work closely with leadership and other departments to align product strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector. • 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare or health tech sector. • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. • Proven experience in developing successful go-to-market strategies and driving product adoption. • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, etc.). • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to learn and take on new responsibilities.
