Description

• Lead the product strategy and vision for our Conversational AI solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities in the Conversational AI space. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business development to define product requirements and specifications. • Drive the product roadmap, making data-driven decisions and prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand. • Work closely with the engineering team to define technical requirements and ensure successful implementation of new features and functionalities. • Monitor product performance, conduct user testing, and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and optimize product performance. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Conversational AI technology, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to drive product innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • A Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the AI or Conversational AI industry. • Strong knowledge of Conversational AI technologies, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML). • Familiarity with chatbot platforms, frameworks, and tools. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements. • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Experience in Agile software development methodologies. • A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of customer needs.
