Description

• Product Manager focused on Composites products for Power Delivery Utility applications. • Responsible for Utility Division goals execution through product strategy, • Manage commercial profitability of product lines. • Lead cross-functional teams, working with Sales, Engineering, and Operations Departments. • Conduct margin analysis, market research, and performance measurements to determine product demand. • Execute and maintain the product segmentation process. • Provide timely and consistent communication on market share, margins, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s with six (6) years of related experience, an Associate’s degree with eight (8) years of related experience, or ten (10) years of relevant experience • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated product leadership experience with a track record of consistent and exemplary achievement • Team leadership required for new product development teams, large project coordination, and strategic sales teams • Ability to travel up to 30 - 50% (Domestic)
