β’ Answer incoming calls from customers and Service Providers β’ Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries β’ Help customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling β’ Help Service Providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions β’ Help customers and Service Providers troubleshoot software issues β’ Work as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
β’ Detailed: You are thorough in your work and with tracking progress on your tasks β’ Self Managing: Can work with little to no supervision β’ Ready & Willing: Can take on interesting and uncommon customer service issues β’ Computer Skills: Able to work with applications you haven't seen before and know how to troubleshoot common computer issues β’ Quality: You are always professional, efficient, consistent, and honest to your co-workers and to yourself β’ Able to analyze customer emails and provide a thoughtful response that addresses all aspects of a customer's concern β’ Able to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous β’ Track multiple issues at the same time β’ Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions β’ Able to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers β’ Required A computer and quiet place to work β’ A good internet connection β’ Must be a resident of Arizona β’ Pay Range $17.50 to $20.50/hr Based on experience
