• Identificar y generar oportunidades de negocio para la compañía en consultoría y servicios. • Atraer nuevos clientes y colaborar en el crecimiento sostenible de las cuentas. • Diseñar e implementar estrategias para la captación de nuevos clientes. • Colaborar con la Dirección Comercial y de Consultoría en la elaboración de propuestas personalizadas. • Liderar negociaciones con prospectos y clientes. • Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente y detectar oportunidades de negocio recurrentes. • Participar en eventos comerciales y de networking.
🎯 Requirements
• +3 años de experiencia en ventas consultivas y/o de servicios B2B • Buenas habilidades de prospección • Conocimiento en diferentes estrategias comerciales • Experiencia en startup • Conocimiento en procesos de gestión de talento / recursos humanos (deseable) • Gestión de relaciones estratégicas con perfiles Gerenciales y Directivos • Conocimientos a un nivel intermedio en herramientas Microsoft Office: Word, Excel y Powerpoint, Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Uso de CRM • Habilidad de desarrollo de propuestas y presentaciones de soluciones • Orientado a resultados
