Description

• We're seeking a Backend Engineer to build and enhance critical services. • You’ll be developing systems that manage core financial and underwriting operations. • Coordinate dynamic machine learning models to increase the intelligence of our policy management solution. • Optimize application architecture and observability to meet performance and reliability demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 5 or more years experience in a full stack or backend role. • Professional experience with Go. • Experience building high performance client/server systems. • Have a good grasp of service-oriented architecture patterns. • Prior experience designing and using relational databases. • Strong communication skills. • Effective cross-functional collaborator. • Bias towards action.
