🎯 Requirements

•+5 years of professional experience leading Implementation within a technical B2B SaaS product or AI technology companies •+3 years of people management experience •Experience building implementation processes from the ground up •The ability to work closely with our product team to develop implementation process and assets for new to market products •Experience hiring and managing implementation teams •Proven track record of success in establishing and scaling implementation processes •A data-driven approach to developing, tracking and optimizing performance metrics •Self-motivated, detail-attentive, action-driven with the ability to take initiative, execute, and follow-through •Highly effective communicator with good people instincts - able to build trust and work well with a diverse group inside and outside the company •Eager for a hands-on role, where you'll be asked to directly lead some implementations while we continue to grow the team •Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and small
