📋 Description

• Quartzy is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive new business growth by acquiring and closing new logos. • This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys strategic hunting, and has a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. • You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts across the life sciences and biotech industries, helping researchers and organizations streamline their lab operations with Quartzy’s innovative solutions. • You’re a proactive and driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals. • Your ability to identify business opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and articulate compelling solutions sets you apart. • If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make a direct impact, be part of a high-energy team, and help drive growth in the life sciences industry, this is the role for you.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS sales experience • Proven track record of achieving/overachieving quota • Experience in closing New Logos • Mid-Market/SMB Sales experience • Proven track record of achieving/overachieving against company sales quotas • A results-driven sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas. • A hunter mindset, energized by building relationships and creating new opportunities. • Skilled in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to navigate complex buying processes. • Strong communicator who can engage C-level executives and key stakeholders. • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) and leveraging data to optimize sales strategies.
