📋 Description

• Leads implementation project plans for Professional Laboratory Services models. • Collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure service delivery improvements. • Manages internal and external stakeholders in a matrix environment. • Shares expertise in Health System Lab Operations as consultants. • Serves as a technical expert for continuous improvement activities. • Can work 100% remote with 25-50% domestic travel. • Presents transition plans and oversees PLS Lab Management implementations. • Partners with sales teams for new PLS models and optimizes performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7 or more years managerial experience in the laboratory industry. • Experience in a hospital setting. • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. • Considerable knowledge of the hospital laboratory and laboratory industry in general. • Considerable knowledge in laboratory regulations. • Subject matter expert in Health Systems lab technology/equipment. • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage large and/or complex multi-hospital implementation. • Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently. • Ability to work in a very dynamic team environment. • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated management and leadership skills. • Strong client interaction skills. • Establishes and maintains effective communications and positive relationships with external and internal customers. • Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working independently in the field. • Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Mapping, Minitab).
