📋 Description

• Join our team! Quibim has an opening for a new Sales Account Manager in Italy! • Our Sales Account Manager in Italy will lead our commercial operations in the region. • Attending the best medical conferences and growing Quibim’s business from scratch with hospitals. • Generating new leads, owning and managing key accounts, and contributing to the go-to-market strategy. • Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you’ll be part of the global sales team. • Lead and execute a successful business development and sales strategy for significant revenue growth and market share expansion in Italy. • Lead the business development activities for new imaging AI technologies with senior physicians. • Serve as the first point of contact with new potential clients for novel imaging products and services. • Partner with the marketing team to build regional KOL advocacy, and provide product feedback & competitive insights from the Market. • Collaborate with local channel partners to drive funnel opportunities. • Work closely with the EU commercial and customer success team to drive regions success. • Attend to medical conferences in Italy and abroad, conducting new customer outreach to prominent radiologists and clinicians.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' of experience of commercial / solution sales experience to the medical field, with significant achievements and a relevant network in Italy. • Proven sales success in closing high-value contracts in the medical field. • Experience in working with SSN stakeholders, particularly in the context of new technologies. • Knowledge of the radiology and medical imaging market (experience in AI will be a plus). • Working knowledge and experience of tender systems and procurement channels. • Excellent communication skills, including strengths in running effective sales, business, and internal meetings, preparing and delivering professional pitches, and complex negotiations. • Proficiency in knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM. • Experience working in an international environment. • Availability to attend conferences and meetings in Italy and abroad, regularly. • Integrity and passion for precision medicine. • Fascination for innovative research and AI, the future of clinical research and medicine. • High adaptability, with the capacity to embrace the unknown and thrive in an environment where work requirements, constraints, and expectations are ever-evolving.
