β’ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our crypto OTC desk and cross-border settlement solution within Europe. β’ This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry, collaborating with global partners to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth. β’ Identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic partnerships and business opportunities to expand our presence in European markets. β’ Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients, including payment solution providers, igaming companies, forex brokers, financial institutions, and enterprises seeking cross-border settlement solutions. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, financial institutions, industry associations, and technology partners. β’ Gather market feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our crypto exchange and cross-border settlement solutions. β’ Meet and exceed revenue targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and driving conversions. β’ Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
β’ Proven track record of at least 4 years (4 years and above) in business development, sales, or partnerships within the payments, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry, focusing on European markets. β’ Deep understanding of fintech, payment processing, cryptocurrency trading platforms, and cross-border payment solutions. β’ Established a network of contacts within the European financial services, igaming, and Forex industries, including payment processors, banks, and regulators. β’ Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages such as German, French, or Spanish are a plus. β’ Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. β’ Willingness to travel and work in a rapidly changing industry with evolving regulatory requirements.
