Description

• Spearhead new business initiatives for Laundry & Dishwasher division • Drive sales growth by engaging directly with end users • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders • Forge and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align objectives • Implement effective strategies for contract renewals • Maintain a comprehensive business risk profile • Oversee the onboarding of new business wins • Utilize both direct and indirect sales approaches • Promote effective use of remote sales and service tools • Develop and maintain up-to-date account plans • Work closely with the Field and Internal Sales Teams • Coordinate account development activities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in Business Development Management • Strong background in negotiating contracts • Familiarity with the laundry and dishwasher industries • Proficiency in numerical and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) • Ability to analyze financial reports • Exceptional ability to influence and motivate teams • Strong commercial insight • Proven skills in networking and building effective relationships • Ability to understand customer accounts and market trends • Strong organizational and planning capabilities • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively • Act as a representative of our brand with confidence and approachability • A self-assured, proactive individual who seeks innovative ways of working • Commitment to ongoing development of product knowledge
