β€’ Spearhead new business initiatives for Laundry & Dishwasher division β€’ Drive sales growth by engaging directly with end users β€’ Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders β€’ Forge and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders β€’ Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align objectives β€’ Implement effective strategies for contract renewals β€’ Maintain a comprehensive business risk profile β€’ Oversee the onboarding of new business wins β€’ Utilize both direct and indirect sales approaches β€’ Promote effective use of remote sales and service tools β€’ Develop and maintain up-to-date account plans β€’ Work closely with the Field and Internal Sales Teams β€’ Coordinate account development activities

Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 5 years in Business Development Management β€’ Strong background in negotiating contracts β€’ Familiarity with the laundry and dishwasher industries β€’ Proficiency in numerical and IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce) β€’ Ability to analyze financial reports β€’ Exceptional ability to influence and motivate teams β€’ Strong commercial insight β€’ Proven skills in networking and building effective relationships β€’ Ability to understand customer accounts and market trends β€’ Strong organizational and planning capabilities β€’ Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively β€’ Act as a representative of our brand with confidence and approachability β€’ A self-assured, proactive individual who seeks innovative ways of working β€’ Commitment to ongoing development of product knowledge
