• Rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in driving IT Lab's growth and profitability by developing strategic partnerships and expanding our global client base. • Your primary responsibilities will include winning new logos, identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue, and implementing effective sales strategies. • Building long-term relationships with C-Suite technology executives. • Understanding client needs and aligning them with our services. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client challenges and objectives. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth. • Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and capabilities. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • Proven track record in sales/business development within the IT outsourcing industry or tech staffing industry. • Strong network and deep relationships with relevant decision-makers. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. • A dynamic professional with a minimum of 5 of relevant experience in business development or sales. • Familiarity with IT outsourcing methodologies, processes, and technologies. • Experience building and maintaining meaningful relationships with C-Suite/VP decision-makers. • Demonstrated ability to execute multiple stakeholder B2B sales cycles end-to-end. • Experience navigating complex multi-year contractual agreements.
