Come join us in our quest to keep local retail not just alive, but thriving! • As a Marketing Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in providing the marketing team with the insights they need to operate and scale efficiently. You will collaborate with the different marketing functions (growth, content, customer, and events) to identify and develop reporting needed to support their operations and work closely with Marketing and Executive leadership to produce reporting for monthly and quarterly operating reviews. You will be responsible for collaborating with other business functions and the business intelligence team to optimize and expand insights provided by our first-class technology infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in an analyst or operations role - preferably in B2B SaaS. • High proficiency in excel or google sheets. • Experience extracting, normalizing, and organizing data from disparate sources. • Excellent time management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders and interdepartmental dependencies. • Organizational skills: Management of dependencies across multiple stakeholders and technologies each with unique requirements. • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment to meet the changing needs of customers and the business. • Interest in new tools and technology: You appreciate that technology can improve efficiency and output and are eager to learn/experiment with tools at your disposal. • Experience with CRM technology Salesforce and HubSpot. • Experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, or looker studio preferred. • Familiarity with Business intelligence tools is a plus.
