• High performing team members, challenging projects and a great place to work! • This is what you can expect if you join the Quisitive team. • Founded in 2016, Quisitive is a publicly traded, global Microsoft services and solutions partner. • We strive to provide the tools and leadership that you need to be successful. • It is a very exciting time of growth for our Customer Excellence Organizational Change Management team. • We are currently hiring an M365/CoPilot Change Management Associate Consultant to support user adoption of M365 and other Microsoft technologies. • Client engagement responsibilities include: Assess a client’s current state and understand the baseline of change needs, Complete change management assessments, Identify key stakeholders, Partner with clients, Apply a structured methodology and facilitate change management activities, Facilitate Change Management Workshops. • Individual engagement responsibilities include: Communicate openly and honestly, Build healthy relationships, Hold oneself accountable for own actions, Work with integrity at all times. • Previous experience working independently on Microsoft Adoption or Organizational Change Management projects would set a candidate apart.

Requirements

• At least two years of change management consulting experience on Microsoft projects in a consulting environment • Knowledge of ADKAR methodology; PROSCI certification strongly preferred • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal • Personal flexibility and adaptability and willingness to learn through feedback • Ability to work in ambiguous situations • Resiliency and clarity while problem-solving as a team and for client needs • Ability to organize self, manage expectations and manage time • Ability to solve problems and leverage root cause analyses • Ability to work effectively with all levels in an organization • Ability to facilitate and potentially design workshops and training sessions • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others • Possess business acumen regarding organizational issues and challenges • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
