• High performing team members, challenging projects and a great place to work! • Founded in 2016, Quisitive is a global Microsoft services and solutions partner. • Currently hiring a Marketing Event Coordinator to join the demand generation marketing team. • Ideal for a professional with proven experience managing and executing B2B events including webinars and tradeshows. • Manage or support 40-60 events annually, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and delivering impactful experiences. • Work closely with the demand generation team, designers, and web leads to plan, promote, and execute events.

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field • Experience: 2–4+ years managing B2B events, including webinars, tradeshows, and in-person gatherings • Technical Skills: Proficiency in event platforms like Microsoft Teams, GoToWebinar and similar tools, Experience with email marketing platforms • Event Execution: Proven ability to manage the end-to-end event lifecycle • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management • Creative Skills: Experience working with designers and content creators to develop engaging event materials • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing event performance • Travel: Willing to travel up to 30%
