Description

β€’ R1 RCM Inc. is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management services. β€’ Responsible for backend revenue cycle focused on contractual KPI and SLA performance across clients. β€’ Lead by providing strategy, decision support, organization planning and operational leadership to drive overall performance for West Coast clients. β€’ Collaborate across teams, coaching/guiding teams to be subject matter experts. β€’ Focus on improving patient experience, operational excellence and driving operational results.

Requirements

β€’ Extensive acute revenue cycle experience β€’ 3-4 years of operational backend experience β€’ Prior experience of at least 3-4 years with a strong emphasis on operations, finance and data analytics β€’ Must be able to think outside the box approach to drive operational excellence even when faced with challenges or barriers β€’ Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision β€’ Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action β€’ Ability to build engagement to drive effective results β€’ Demonstrated successful project management skills and implementation of complex multiple system integrations β€’ Must be highly organized and able to coordinate many simultaneous activities professional presentations, consulting and communication skills β€’ Experience solving problems in fast paced high pressure situations β€’ Proven ability to look at the world through the eyes of others and interpret business needs in a way that drives the success of others β€’ Strong financial, economic, analytical and technical acumen β€’ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively across groups β€’ Conflict/Negotiation management skills β€’ Attention to detail, highly organized and strong process-focused aptitude β€’ Possess strong leadership and organizational skills and can positively influence others β€’ Ability to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective and independent β€’ Can deal with ambiguity and thrive in a highly dynamic environment β€’ Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative business solutions
