Description

• Run the end-to-end sales process for potential partnerships, including demo, proposal, and contract • Accompany partners during their integration process until launching a partnership with R2 • Keep sales pipeline up to date and update our CRM with activities on current deals • Coordinate with internal R2 teams (data, risk, product, engineering, finance) to understand potential in each partnership, develop economic proposals, and receive internal buy-in • Prepare R2’s teams to onboard new partners • Gather feedback from potential partners and present it to the Product team • Develop a thorough understanding of how our product, platform and integration works • Own relationship with customer post-launch and review goals on a monthly basis • Build R2’s partnerships & sales culture

Requirements

• Track-record of top performance in enterprise sales role • Experience at a tech company in LatAm • Experience selling to tech companies and closing large deals ($1m+ contract values) • Ability to communicate internally with engineering teams as well as with partners’ engineering teams • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Driven for solving the credit gap for small & medium businesses in LatAm • Based in Latin America, preferably Mexico City • Bonus points: Experience working at a payments company or closely with payments companies • Experience at a high growth startup is preferred • Prior experience working with B2B2C / B2B2B products is a plus
