• Rackner is seeking Technical Account Managers that will be primary tech advisors for both incoming customers and existing customers alike. • TAMs align customers with technical solutions within the Platform One portfolio and continue hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle.
Requirements
• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, or related field and 3+ years of experience contributing on a technical team for a software or IT project • Advanced Kubernetes • Cloud • Cloud Security • Cybersecurity • DevSecOps Engineer • IT Operations • Site Reliability Engineer • Software Engineer • System Administrator
