Description
• Take technical ownership of Radformation proprietary dose calculation algorithms. • Work with research and product teams to create new radiotherapy products and algorithms. • Test and benchmark Radformation proprietary algorithms against industry standard algorithms.
Requirements
• PhD in related field and at least 5 years experience in Monte Carlo dose calculation algorithm development for Radiotherapy. • Deep understanding of Monte Carlo simulation methods used for dose calculation in Radiotherapy. • Deep understanding of traditional dose calculation methods (Pencil Beam, CVSP, etc). • Able to formulate experiment design and run experiments while developing new algorithms and technology. • Able to stay current with state-of-the-art algorithmic techniques. • Experience conceiving, implementing, and maintaining clinically used software solutions
