Description

• Develop features using generative AI technologies for Radian products • Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to iterate on new features • Write maintainable code and uphold internal standards • Propose technical implementations to solve scaling issues • Ship high-impact features with minimal guidance • Mentor team members and provide technical advice

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 5 years of prior work-related experience • Professional experience with React, Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and Java • Experience with web applications and RESTful APIs in AWS/Azure • Proficiency in Python development and best practices • Familiarity with LLM tools (OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, etc.) • Understanding of retrial augmented generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and MLOps • Database design and optimization in RDBMS and No-SQL • Understanding of foundation models and custom model training • Knowledge of DevOps processes, Serverless technologies, containers, and Kubernetes • Ability to diagnose and prevent performance and optimization issues
