• Answer and manage incoming calls, email inquiries, and chats by zoom • Taking phone orders • Record, organize and file customer interactions through Freshdesk Software • Able to address returns, purchase order status, and tracking numbers • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Proactiveness and ability to anticipate customers’ needs • Flexibility and resourcefulness to handle each customer’s unique requests • Reasonable proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) • Good attendance and being reliable • Can learn new software quickly
