Description

• This is a U.S. based position. All of the programs we support require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment. All work must be conducted within the continental U.S. • Raft is a customer-obsessed non-traditional small business focused on Distributed Data Systems, Platforms at Scale, and Complex Application Development. • We're looking for an experienced Senior Director of Growth to lead capture efforts for strategic contracts valued between $10M and $200M.

Requirements

• 10 plus years of successful relevant experience in the Federal sector • Superb project management, time management, interpersonal and communication skills • Proven leadership and motivational skills to manage local and virtual support teams • In-depth knowledge of how to apply corporate core competencies to a response to a solicited government procurement to secure a win • Very strong interpersonal relations skills, good personal presentation, must be enthusiastic and highly motivated and have excellent work ethics • Strong negotiating skills • Good writing and communication skills • Deep knowledge of federal procurement regulations • Deep knowledge of the proposal development process • 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
