β€’ Rain is a venture-backed fintech with a mission to enable billions of people to reach financial freedom. β€’ We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Product & Channel Marketing Manager to own the marketing function for driving revenue and growth through our strategic channel partnerships. β€’ This individual will bridge the gap between product, brand marketing, and partnerships to craft compelling narratives, create demand, and build strong brand presence across touchpoints. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. β€’ Craft the core narrative for the partnerships channel by understanding product, partner ecosystem, and customer challenges. β€’ Collaborate with strategic partners to create co-branded marketing materials, campaigns, and assets that highlight our joint value propositions. β€’ Drive demand through high-impact channel campaigns, developing strategic narratives and thought leadership initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of experience in channel marketing within HR tech, SaaS, or a related industry. β€’ Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus). β€’ Strong understanding of B2B(2C) sales and partnership ecosystems, including their dynamics and decision-making processes. β€’ Proven ability to craft and execute high-impact marketing campaigns with compelling product messaging and positioning that resonate with target audiences. β€’ Familiarity with creating sales enablement tools, such as product guides, FAQs, and presentations, to drive adoption and understanding across stakeholders. β€’ Preferred Qualifications: Experience building and scaling channel programs in a high-growth, dynamic environment. β€’ Expertise in launching and managing go-to-market plans for new products or features, ensuring cross-functional alignment with internal teams and external partners. β€’ Strong knowledge of demand generation, product marketing, and/or B2B partnerships. β€’ Exceptional analytical skills to assess market dynamics, evaluate campaign performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
