• RainFocus, one of the most innovative software companies, is in search of an exceptional Strategic Events and Operations Manager. • RainFocus cares about its employees, customers, and the world in which we live. • Our rapidly growing team serves Fortune 500 companies like Adobe, Cisco, IBM, Oracle, VMware, and others to prepare and execute events. • The Strategic Events and Operations Manager is an integral part of the Events Team, leading strategy, planning, and execution of third-party programs. • This role works closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance brand visibility and drive measurable business outcomes. • The ideal candidate is passionate about events, thrives in a team-oriented environment, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management with a focus on third-party event strategy and internal event operations. • Proven success in developing and executing strategic event programs that drive measurable business results. • High level of organizational skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and track time-sensitive projects. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower event marketing professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and reporting. • Passion for event technology and leveraging it to create exceptional event experiences. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel as required.
