📋 Description
• Expertly assess and analyze balance sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance • Prepare, draft, and file 1099s for multiple clients • Perform monthly financial closes and reconciliations with precision • Process payroll and payroll tax filings, ensuring compliance • Manage accounts receivable and payable for various clients • Draft and implement internal controls and SOPs to improve efficiency • Identify and correct errors and duplicates during reconciliations • Ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded and reported
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting; CPA/CMA preferred • 5+ years of advanced bookkeeping/accounting experience in a multi-client environment • Strong self-sufficiency—you can manage your workload without hand-holding • Expertise in balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll processing • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, Keeper, Bill.com, and Microsoft Office • Deep knowledge of 1099 processing, payroll taxes, and compliance regulations • Proficiency running and analyzing payroll • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with clients and the team
