Description

• Manage the implementation process for an assigned Client list. • Work directly with Clients to identify, prioritize, and manage strategic needs. • Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the data migration. • Communicate progress updates weekly with Project Manager. • Ensure import due dates are met and reviewed with the Client. • Follow project plans and manage scope and timeline. • Assure overall Client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, and Implementations. • A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. • Proficiency with spreadsheet formulas used to manipulate data. • Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems is preferred. • Experience with EMR/EHR systems/implementations preferred. • Work experience in a medical office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk is preferred. • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace. • Familiarity with PSA systems and their processes (such as logging timesheets) is a plus.
