Description

• This position is fully remote and may be performed from designated U.S. states. • Manage the revenue cycle implementation process for assigned client list. • Oversee, coordinate, and manage all aspects of implementation related to revenue cycle for new and existing clients. • Configure the Raintree application utilizing best practices for the latest features and functionality in the system for a given client. • Serve as a direct point of customer contact during the implementation. • Train the client through key product learning milestones for effective application usage. • Proactively and independently manage client escalations. • Assist in the review of client processes and development of new workflow plans. • Communicate progress updates weekly or as agreed upon with client. • Ensure implementation milestones are met on time.

Requirements

• Must have experience in at least 2 of the following areas; Product/Project Management, Training, Medical Software, Implementations. • A Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. • Experience in Revenue Cycle including claims generation, processing and/or collection is preferred. • Web-based Training or Classroom Training/Coaching experience is a plus. • Knowledge of medical computerized billing and scheduling software systems preferred. • Experience with EMR/EHR systems/implementations preferred. • Work experience in a medical office environment, customer service, IT, or support desk is a plus. • Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, or Google Workspace.
