Description

• Create comprehensive learning experiences for our SaaS product • Design and develop training programs for both our internal teams and customers • Ensure teams and customers can fully leverage our software's capabilities • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and stakeholders to align learning objectives with business goals • Contribute to the strategic planning of learning initiatives for product adoption and user success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred, OR 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment • Physical or Occupational Therapy experience preferred • Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Action Mapping) • Experience in conducting needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience with LMS content implementation and optimization • Understanding of LMS capabilities and how to leverage them for effective instructional design • Ability to analyze LMS data and apply insights to improve learning experiences • Competencies to Drive Success: Experience with customer education • Knowledge of data analytics for learning measurement and reporting • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and their application to learning design • Experience with video production and multimedia design • Familiarity with [specific LMS once selected] or similar learning management systems • Experience managing learning content for a large, diverse user base including both employees and clients • Demonstrates the ability to take feedback constructively, adapt to changing circumstances, innovate, and independently drive projects to successful completion. • Experience in healthcare industry, especially EMR, EHR, or RCM
