• This position is fully remote and may be performed from one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, NV, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA. • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Project Management Teams to lead and develop a dynamic group of project managers. • The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of projects that align with our organization's goals. • This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. • Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. • EMR/EHR experience required. • PMP Certification a plus. • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to align projects with strategic goals and business objectives. • Sound understanding of financial management and budgeting principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
