Description

• Build relationships with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Client Success, Support, Professional Services, and Finance • Act as subject matter expert on Raintree processes, data, and systems • Lead and manage business optimization and system enhancement projects • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and thoroughly document business requirements for projects • Collaborate with the business systems / internal tools team to design, test, implement, and optimize best-in-class technical solutions • Create and deliver training to business users on new and updated processes and tools • Proactively audit processes, systems, and data • Serve as a business admin for select internal tools • Creation and maintenance of sales, marketing, and revenue-related reporting and dashboards in the CRM and/or BI platform • Creation and delivering compelling, data-driven presentations

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field • 3-5 years revenue operations, business analysis, or systems administration experience in a high-growth environment, SaaS preferable • Working knowledge of sales, customer experience, and marketing processes and related data • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM required • Familiarity with one or more of the following (or similar) tools: Outreach, Pardot, Hubspot, Gong, Gainsight, RightAnswers, Chilipiper, Jira, etc. • Advanced MS Excel skills a plus • Excellent verbal & written interpersonal communication skills • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams
