Description

• Create organizational structure and capabilities for consulting and implementation services • Own all aspects of the Professional Services Department • Drive strategy, management, and operations of the Professional Services organization • Ownership of Professional Services P&L and forecasting • Plan and ensure successful design and management of customized business solutions • Evaluate methods and ensure scalability across the Professional Services business • Develop techniques for maintain deliverables' productivity and budget • Drive sales efforts through presentations and supporting proposals • Collaborate with company leaders for integrated customer journeys • Work with Product and Technology organizations for effective implementation

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience managing a high-performing professional services team • Managing leaders of multiple disciplines within a professional services organization • Managing a professional services organization for large and enterprise-scale customers • Managing P&L metrics within the professional services department • Managing SaaS software implementation projects and client relationships • Experience working for a Private Equity backed company • Overseeing a Learning and Development (training) organization • Leading complex proposal creation and pitching efforts • Working with third party technology partners
