Our Sales Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.

Requirements

β€’ Graduating in 2024 with a B.S. (or higher) from an 4 year accredited university β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills β€’ Excellent listening skills and energetic phone presence β€’ High level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processes β€’ Dedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis β€’ Deep interest in understanding business challenges β€’ Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes Nice to Haves β€’ Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles β€’ Prior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce) β€’ Experience with financial services sales β€’ Experience at a high-growth startup β€’ Ability to understand financial services
