📋 Description
• Lead strategy and execution of content programming for Raptive Creator Communities • Develop and implement scalable strategies that drive community success • Track performance, measure impact, and oversee a team of Community Managers • Build a programming strategy across Communities that drives pageviews and other KPIs • Recruit and activate community leaders • Engage members and track key performance indicators (KPIs) • Provide regular reports and insights on program performance to stakeholders • Create effective feedback loops from members and leaders • Iterate on processes to deliver effective programming
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years’ programming experience or content strategy for an agency, social platform, community platform or digital brand • Bachelor’s degree in business, content, journalism, marketing, or related field • Direct experience working with creators or influencers • Strategic thinker, with experience of developing and implementing user engagement strategies • Excellent editorial skills with a deep understanding of content integrity and online performance • Native user of community and social media platforms • Strong leader with experience of managing and growing a team • Able to work independently and under pressure • Highly organized with strong time management skills and impeccable attention to detail • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Data Driven and comfortable analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement based on performance metrics
